  • ACCESS! provides a system that combines PC-based agent stations, a data manager and a dialing control server. These components, along with your telephone system and host computer system, comprise the essence of the system and are designed to dial large volumes of numbers while delivering only contacts to the agents. This system has been designed for ease of use by the supervisor in setting up dialing campaigns and for the agent in working with the system. All menus and options require only one keystroke. Productivity reports can be generated covering all aspects of dialing. A Windows-like environment with easy-to-understand instructions and mouse-driven operations minimize the need for technical knowledge.
