Its functionality includes call strategies, script-related diaries for appointments, dynamically updated databases, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), integration with other programs including Visual Basic, C++, Delphi, and others. It also provides batch or real-time mailing (email, fax), productivity report editing and voice capabilities. A Windows-based system, TeleACTION runs on Windows NT and Novell NetWare.
