Encore can capture specific data, such as customer name, account number, order number from desktop applications and the ANI, DNIS, etc., from the telephony switch. This allows users to quickly search the recordings by certain criteria. With Encore’s powerful encryption and scrubbing (removal) features, users can protect sensitive customer data, including credit card numbers and social security numbers, and while remaining compliant with the latest regulations.
