    From the very beginning of our relationship (started on March 2017) with Grupo Noa International, we have found them to be professional, efficient and fast but above all friendly and personal...and good value for money! They are always reaching out to see what our needs are and more generally they really make the effort to get us the service we need and to adapt themselves to our processes of Quality Assurance. You can feel the permanent presence of the CEO who has a very strong commitment to their staff and all customers. Grupo Noa International does a good job of keeping us happy as well as our customers.

    We have been working with Grupo Noa for a little over one year. Working with them has allowed us to expand our hours of operation and lines of business. The Grupo Noa team are great to work with!

    Last year we set up our inbound call center with Grupo Noa International to develop our business and be more responsive to our clients in Germany & France. The team helped us understand their model of virtual tele callers, which was not only cost effective but also quite easy to get started with. Having this inbound call center has worked well for our European business and we are already considering expanding our presence through Grupo Noa in the US.
