TREC Global is offering our time-tested Call Center solution as a hosted service. Hosted in a US based state of the art high performance data center, this solution allows you to locate your agents anywhere in the world. Distribute agents in-house, Home-based, near-shore or Off-shore to make the most effective use of your resources.
Because of our dynamic setup you can increase the number of seats with minimal lead time. You pay for only the maximum concurrent seats used during a month.
The following features included in our low monthly rate:
· Agent Account Maintenance
· Inbound ACD maintenance
· Outbound dialer (Progressive, Predictive and Manual)
· Direct Agent connection (traffic sent via VoIP no added Telco charges)
· 100% call recordings
· Call Data Reports and raw data
· 7 X 24 Monitoring and support
· Real Time display via web browser or PDAs -- details of Queue & individual agents status
There is a minimum charge of $600 per month which covers the first 10 seats. Additional seats are priced per seat: 11 Seats would be
$640 per month ($600 +$40), 22 Seats would be $1,070 ($600 + 10 @ $40 + 2 @ $35)

One time $25 setup fee per user.
Telco costs billed at 1.9 cents per min. This cost can be eliminated if your Telco provider sends traffic via SIP Trunking.
