Using PowerNOW and Microsoft Silver Light technology, call center managers can listen to live recordings seconds after they’re made. Select which calls you want to hear based on criteria such as campaigns, reps, duration times and other factors. By listening to calls based on specific criteria, call monitors stay efficient versus select reps at random.
Managers and Call Center operators can also rate calls on a scale of 1 thru 5 based on factors such as intro, body, rebuttals and closings. By rating calls, you can then easily retrieve certain recordings for next day sales or support meetings.
PowerNOW’s call recording feature can be modularized for third-party companies that wish to monitor calls without having access to your call center. Simply download the app and listen to each recording based on their Log-in IDs.
For our enterprise customers, a private FTP account can be set up to stream all recordings to your server.
