  • JambaTalk's NT-based server lets a business's customers schedule appointments by phone using speech-recognition technology. It can also automatically call customers and remind them of appointments. JambaTalk works with its own calendaring software (or the large-scale scheduling systems of hospitals and other verticals) and lets callers choose available appointment times and dates. It uses Speechworks' 6.5 speech recognition. It also listens and speaks in Spanish.
