SimpleDial is a software application that automatically dials a number from a list. It has the ability to import multiple calling lists from any CRM or Excel. The user interface allows agents to choose a campaign, make calls or report on call result. A customer preview feature gives agents basic information on the customer, such as name and location, before placing the call. Callbacks are re-scheduled whenever the dialed number is busy/no-answer or when the customer requests one. The reports allow managers to assess the progress of the campaign or of individual agents. Simple dial can use either Symposium Agent or TAPI to make calls. If you have Symposium Agent 2 then there is closer integration.
