- Agent Power's Planning and Scheduling module uses hard data to project anticipated call loads. Then, using management supplied parameters; it develops a staff schedule that optimizes agents' time. Using provided service level goals and projected business trends, Agent Power then calculates how many agents are needed to cover the call load. Agent Power also provides on screen displays that allow supervisors to monitor agent status by color codes and the agent’s name is highlighted if post-call work is longer than the threshold. The display also tracks multiple groups on one screen and provides cumulative call center information; i.e., “so far today”. Agent Power works with any ACD system.
