  • ProCRM's Internet-based Customer Relationship Management product, iCRM, is based on a multi-tier networked architecture so that different client scenarios can be handled. A native Web based product from the ground up, a Web client is a logical user but not the only usage scenario. The Web client using a standard browser, can log into the Enterprise server from anywhere, at anytime. As a 'disconnected client' they have certain iCRM applications and a local database on their PC, so they can work without a continuous connection to the Enterprise server. When required, the disconnected client can log onto the Enterprise server through the Web and using our synchronization agent (Automove) synchronize the databases. A Connected client is similar in that they require a browser but are a local client (through an Intranet).
