About Support Technologies
- The e>Support Certification course is designed to decipher the e>Support riddle: What is it, and how can it help? Participants will learn how traditional, proven methodologies and industry best practices are enhanced through an integrated e>Support approach, and how performance can improve based on targeting the right support methods. This course is also available separately with part one providing the basic framework for e>Support and part two offering more additional strategies and best practices for developing and implementing effective e>Support solutions.
