Astral Systems’ IPVMS (IP Voice Management System) is call-processing software configured on a server-class, high availability platform that extends enterprise telephony features and functions to packet telephony network devices such as IP phones, and Voice over IP gateways. Interactive Voice response (IVR) is also integrated with this system. IPVMS provides basic call processing, signaling and connection services to packet telephony devices.
